How to get Jungmichel products ?
The fastest and cheapest way (some dealers,
reseller, agents, etc charge the DOUBLE prices and even more than us for our products !)
to get our products is to contact us here in Germany. We also offer you the best technical
support, delivery time and also actual documentations for all Jungmichel products. If you prefere to deal with an agent in your country,
please check the agencies map below.
To contact us here in Germany please use fax-/ or e- mail- contact informations
shown above. On weekdays we usally answer within 24 hours if you sent us a fax or e- mail.
We deliver to new and also most customers outside Europe against advanced payment. That
means that we, after we get your order, send you a proforma- invoice with all dates you
need for transfering your payment to our account here in Germany.(Please note that the
money transfer takes also some days from foreign country banks to our bank in Germany). As
soon as your payment has arrived, we deliver the goods, usually from stock . Standard
delivery methode is within Europe by parcelpost and overseas by Airmail- Parcelpost (both
through the postoffice organisations). These shipment methods are usually reliable and
also cheap, need however 3- 4 weeks to some overseas countries. Additional delays must be
calculated by the custom office handling in your country. If you need the goods
(replacement- / spare - parts) faster, we can also deliver by DHL courier service that
needs app. 4- 8 days only. This kind of delivery is much more expensive however (please
ask).
We can also use YOUR courier service (DHL, UPS, Fed-Ex, TNT...) account no. for delivery.
In that case we charge no costs for shipment. For this courier shipment with your account
no. please sent us your international valid courier service account no., the full
destination shipment adress (NO post- box number shipments possible by courier services
!), a contact persons name and phone number in your company we shall use for the shipment
document.
